Nothing it was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, conveniently close to the train station in a pleasant area. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, answering all our questions and providing excellent service. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, and the hotel facilities were great. the location was ideal, as it was close to everything we needed in the city.

We liked location and staff, every detail required. Location adjacent to old town and the beach, shops and Promenade des Anglais and the sea and the lively area full of restaurants.

There were shopping malls and a bakery around the hotel. The rooms with balcony, shower, for example...

Charming older style hotel. Comfy bed, quiet, and clean. Close to promenade and train station. Helpful staff, easy check-in/out. Nice bathroom with hot water. Secure with safe. Good breakfast for 10 euros. Convenient location for beach and shops. Limited shower space for larger individuals. Attention to detail could improve overall experience.

The hotel had excellent hygiene measures in place, providing a spotless and clean environment. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, with a special mention to the Night Porter who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and a pleasant stroll to Nice's old town. The "art-deco" style of the hotel created a wonderful ambiance that added to our overall experience.

The hotel is in a great location, being very close to the train station. This makes it convenient for day trips to other nearby cities. It is also in a pleasant area, with everything you need in Nice just a short walk away. The room is clean and modern, and the bathroom is immaculate. The staff are kind and accommodating, providing maps and information about the area. The breakfast, although not included in our stay, is highly recommended by other guests.

One of the negative aspects mentioned by guests is the lack of mini-fridges and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The room, although small, was stylish and very clean. We had a lovely balcony that got lots of sun throughout the day. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, with a small supermarket across the road and only a short walk to the old town, shopping areas, beachfront, and flower market. Breakfast was decent and constantly replenished.

We were impressed by how this hotel was situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Its location was perfect, as it was between the train station and the beach. We loved how the rooms were soundproofed and very clean, with a pillow top mattress for a comfortable sleep. The staff was so friendly and professional, providing us with great service and even a welcome drink. The amenities were also excellent, with in-room air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and ironing facilities.
